- Any class you attend you are able to sign up in person or online!
- Any class is $25 per person per single class drop- in, except group classes and workshops*
All Level/Flow
All level yoga class you can practice fundamentals from beginner to advanced. Modifications will be given for students to choose what would be best for their needs.
Beach Yoga
This is an all levels yoga class taken on the beautiful beach of Corolla. This is a fun and informal way to receive the benefits of yoga. There is a parking lot located off of Shad Street, Corolla, North Carolina.
Gentle
This gentle class is wonderful for everyone- whether this is your first class or if you are well seasoned! Gentle yoga is working with being more gentle with yourself and others; being gentle with your thoughts and body.
Restorative
Restorative yoga is simply that: to restore- your body and mind. You will be in the postures longer which aids in healing and relaxing. This is a conscious relaxation.
Rise and Shine/ Vinyasa
Wake up and stretch out! This is a multi- level vinyasa flow class; designed to get you up and moving. This flow class is strength building- it is a full body workout.
Group Yoga
Perfect for wedding parties, retreats, vacation or simply to bring the friends together. Private, group classes offered in home or in the studio.
